I’m not exactly Betty Crocker.  I love to eat good food but I’m not really patient enough to cook it.  You’re a mom, so I figure you’re probably in the same boat.  You’d like to eat healthier but you don’t have time to cut up a thousand ingredients and look for obscure spices.
