Time for New Years Goals!

So I’m at my family’s house for Christmas and have already enjoyed chocolate truffles, almond pound cake, sweet potato pie…do I need to go on?

Christmas is a grand time of celebration as it should be, but come New Years, there will be a few pesky pounds to deal with no doubt. Now is the time to set your goals for the New Year. Hot Tip Moms: Be specific with your New Years resolutions. Make up a doable plan for weight loss (i.e. I will walk every Wednesday for 45 minutes, eat desserts once a week instead of everyday). Reward yourself when you reach your goals.
