Ready, Set, Lose Weight!

New Years is around the corner.  What health goals will you press towards in 2008?   Would you like to:

  • Lose 10 pounds
  • Drop a dress size
  • Tone your upper body
  • Lose inches off your waist
  • Exercise 3 times a week

Set aside your doubts and plan for success in 2008.  If you can picture yourself succeeding in 2008, that’s half the battle.  Write down simple goals and go for it!
