It’s Baby Time!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Kerry, the co-host of the popular podcast Baby Time.   She just had baby Max one month ago, and like most moms, wants to  lose that baby weight.

I’d like to share one piece of advice I gave to her…be specific about  your weight loss goals.  The more specific, the better. 

Replace saying, “I’d like to lose some weight,” with “I will lose 40 pounds in 6 months.”   Calculate how many pounds you need to lose on average each week to get there.  Circle that date with a red heart on your calendar.  Then make plans and small changes each week to guarantee victory!

Today’s Action Step:  Write down your weight loss goal.  I will lose _______ pounds in ________ months.
