Day 22 – Goodbye Excuses, Hello Solutions


  • “You know, I would love to start exercising but…”
  • “I would eat better but my work schedule…”
  • “I’m too embarrassed to go to a gym because…”

We as a society have gotten really good at excuses.  After all, there are legitimate reasons that are keeping us from being healthy, right? 

Well today, I want you to reach up and switch a trigger on your brain.  Instead of churning out excuses, I want you your brain to start looking for solutions.  If you’re embarrassed to go the gym, what would help you?  Maybe to go with a friend?  Maybe to join an all ladies gym?  Maybe to buy a new outfit?  (that’s always fun!)  Or maybe, you just have to realize that no one will be judging you there except yourself!

What’s keeping you from living your healthiest life now?  Write down 3 solutions that would help you and make them happen.  If you don’t take charge of your happiness and physical well being, who will?
