Day 23 – Your Victory Log

journaling1A few years ago, I attended a conference where we wrote down significant positive events that had happened in our lives in 5 year increments.  It look something like this.  I was instructed to think of highlights for each time period in my life:

Age 15-20:

Age 20-25:

Age 25-30:

Age 30-35:

Age 35-40:

Try it.  It’s a great exercise to remember your past victories.  When you’re feeling down, you can pull this paper out and see how far you’ve come.

You can do the same thing with your health.  You can make a victory log of all your weight loss successes, from skipping cake at a birthday party to fitting into a size 8 again.  This list will encourage you on the days you feel like giving up.

So get out a pen and paper.  Or start typing on your computer.  What eating/exercise/health victories have you had in the past 5 years?  Past year?  Past month?  Past hour?  Keep a log and keep encouraged!

Try it risk free and experience the breakthrough month you’ve been longing for.  It just takes five minutes a day!
